Return & Exchange
You have the possibility to return or exchange your ordered articles within a period of 14 days after delivery. This applies to both reduced and non-reduced items.
A return within Germany is free of charge. If you wish to return an item by e-mail, please contact customer service at email@example.com . If you have a customer account, you can order the return via the menu. Returns outside Germany are liable to costs and will be arranged and ordered by you!
For this the return is first checked by us. If everything is in order, we will arrange a refund. The refund will always be made by the original payment method with which you or the buyer bought the items from us.
If you would like to exchange an item because it does not fit and you need a different size, please contact us by phone at +49(0)4135 3099994 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org If the article is still available in the desired size, we will be happy to reserve it for you. An exchange can only take place for one and the same article in another size. An exchange into another article is unfortunately not possible.
If we still have the desired article in stock, it will be sent to you as soon as the article to be exchanged has been received by us, checked and classified as flawless.
