Return & Exchange, Discount Codes

You have the possibility within a period of 14 days after delivery of your ordered items to return or exchange them. This applies to both reduced and non-reduced articles.

Please note that returns are subject to a charge! You bear the direct costs of your return! If you are unsure about a size or fit, please contact our customer service info@fraubootsmann.com within our opening hours by phone at +49 (0) 4135 3099994 or at any time by e-mail. We are happy to help you, so that you can avoid a return shipment in advance!


Refund

For this purpose the return is first checked by us. If everything is in order, we will arrange for a refund. The refund will always be made using the original method of payment with which you or the buyer purchased the items from us.


Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item because it does not fit and you need another size, please contact us by phone at +49(0)4135 3099994 or by e-mail at info@fraubootsmann.com. If the article is still available in the desired size, we will be happy to reserve it for you. An exchange can only be made for one and the same article in a different size. Unfortunately, an exchange into another article is not possible.


If we still have the desired article in stock, it will be sent to you as soon as we have received the article to be exchanged, checked it and classified it as faultless.


Discount codes

Please note that our discount codes are usually linked to a minimum order value or minimum invoice amount (e.g. 30% = 50,00 € or 40% = 100,00 €) . Therefore, if you cancel or return parts of your order and thus fall below the remaining minimum invoice amount, the discount code can no longer be considered.
